Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christian Santovito took the kick off in the first half of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Valleggia AFC's goalkeeper Cristoforo Gallo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Zara. Valleggia AFC's Cristoforo Gallo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Valleggia AFC from getting a goal against them. Alberto Bergomi kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Alexander Banana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Di Lillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Zara struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Cristoforo Gallo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trezzolano. In the 23rd minute, Filippo Di Lillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valleggia AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Filippo Di Lillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Banana having to interfere. Frank Renzetti charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frank Renzetti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Frank Renzetti kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Alexander Banana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Di Lillo in the 43rd minute of play. Bernardo Stella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
51 minutes into the match, Valleggia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Santovito came free, but Cristoforo Gallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd match minute, Valleggia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Stella to maneuver through the defense. If Alvaro Zara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Valleggia AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Bernardo Stella hit a great ball. Alexander Banana made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Filippo Di Lillo sent off a good shot on target. Alvaro Zara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Christian Santovito came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Trezzolano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Santovito couldn't finish the play. In the 78th match minute, Valleggia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Di Piazza to maneuver through the defense. Trezzolano's Christian Santovito got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Corrado Fioriti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valleggia AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trezzolano the free kick. After 81 played minutes Valleggia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Corrado Fioriti. Alexander Banana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Soccio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Alvaro Zara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Valleggia AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Valleggia AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
