An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Bernardo Muciaccia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 21st minute of the match, Bernardo Muciaccia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ferdinando Toccaceli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 24 minutes, Domenico Tenaglia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pisnengo FC and the Marmirolo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Domenico Tenaglia kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Pisnengo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Brunetta came free, but Dario Buccella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Corrado Piano came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Marmirolo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corrado Piano couldn't finish the play. After having played for 48 minutes, Corrado Piano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marmirolo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Corrado Piano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Marmirolo's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Muciaccia came free, but Ferdinando Toccaceli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
