Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alessio Pozzo got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Fagnani in the 4th minute of play forced Alpignano AFC's goalkeeper Ferdinando Cavallaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alessio Pozzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alessio Pozzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Frank Cara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Cara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damiano Bontempi in the 13th minute. Damiano Bontempi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Frank Cara made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Damiano Bontempi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Frank Cara, passed just outside the right post. After 18 played minutes Alpignano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elia Combi. Frank Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Pozzo in the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Alfredo Munno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campogalliano AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alpignano AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Campogalliano AFC's Alfredo Munno got a free kick in the 27th minute. Frank Cara made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Damiano Bontempi sent off a good shot on target. Ferdinando Cavallaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Baresi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Anthony Baresi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armin Fagnani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Campogalliano AFC booed when Alpignano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ettore Di Gaetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinando Cavallaro came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Campogalliano AFC's Anthony Baresi. But to his dismay, Anthony Baresi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half Campogalliano AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthony Baresi to strike the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes, Alessio Pozzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alpignano AFC and the Campogalliano AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alpignano AFC's Alessio Pozzo got a free kick in the 58th minute. Alpignano AFC's Ferdinando Cavallaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Baresi in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Campogalliano AFC's zone, Damiano Bontempi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank Cara came out of the goal and Damiano Bontempi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Damiano Bontempi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpignano AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damiano Bontempi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Cara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frank Cara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Pozzo in the 74th minute of the match. Armin Fagnani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferdinando Cavallaro having to make a save. Alpignano AFC's Ferdinando Cavallaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Baresi in the 80th minute of play. Frank Cara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Pozzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ferdinando Cavallaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Baresi in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Alessio Pozzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Cara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Campogalliano AFC's Armin Fagnani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferdinando Cavallaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Alessio Pozzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Damiano Bontempi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alpignano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damiano Bontempi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
