Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bruno Chiola took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Chiola in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Stella saved Corniano AFC from getting behind. Amos Simeoni might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beppe Bellomo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amos Simeoni ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14th minute, Alberigo Di Mascio made a precise shot to the right of Beppe Bellomo. Ortì's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 18 minutes, Anfilogino Riccitelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corniano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfilogino Riccitelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ortì's Eugenio Feltrin got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beppe Bellomo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anfilogino Riccitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Amos Simeoni, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 29 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Beppe Bellomo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ortì's zone, Amos Simeoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beppe Bellomo came out of the goal and Amos Simeoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ettore Pelati's late challenge caught a Ortì's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ettore Pelati helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ortì booed when Corniano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ettore Pelati didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Amos Simeoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beppe Bellomo. Ortì's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amos Simeoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Bruno Chiola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Stella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Chiola in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of Ortì booed when Corniano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Di Crescenzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugenio Feltrin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anfilogino Riccitelli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ortì's Beppe Bellomo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Riccitelli in the 55th minute of play. If Alberigo Di Mascio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Stella made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Eugenio Feltrin sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Riccitelli in the 68th minute of play forced Ortì's goalkeeper Beppe Bellomo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Amos Simeoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beppe Bellomo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Riccitelli in the 77th minute of play. Anselmo Stella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Chiola in the 85th minute of play. Anselmo Stella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Feltrin in the 96th minute. Corniano AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
