Anfilogino Riccitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Trabucco having to interfere. Amos Simeoni kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Anselmo Stella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristoforo Troilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Cristoforo Troilo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Corniano AFC's Anselmo Stella. Anselmo Stella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ettore Pelati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 22 minutes into the match, Bocco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Riccitelli came free, but Concetto Trabucco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Angelo Di Martino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Concetto Trabucco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anfilogino Riccitelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 29 minutes, Alberigo Di Mascio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corniano AFC and the Bocco AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Alberigo Di Mascio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Concetto Trabucco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anfilogino Riccitelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bocco AFC's zone, Amos Simeoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Concetto Trabucco came out of the goal and Amos Simeoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anfilogino Riccitelli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Concetto Trabucco came out and tried to block the shot, but Anfilogino Riccitelli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ettore Pelati during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 47 minutes into the match, Corniano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Di Dio came free, but Anselmo Stella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anfilogino Riccitelli to make the kick off. Anfilogino Riccitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Trabucco having to interfere. Christian Di Dio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anselmo Stella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Bocco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Di Martino. Anfilogino Riccitelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Concetto Trabucco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anfilogino Riccitelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Bocco AFC's Concetto Trabucco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Riccitelli in the 65th minute of play. Christian Di Dio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Anselmo Stella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Cristoforo Troilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Stella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Stella made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Christian Di Dio sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Cristoforo Troilo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Stella was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. If Christian Di Dio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Anfilogino Riccitelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amos Simeoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Concetto Trabucco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anfilogino Riccitelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Stella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Troilo in the 96th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
