Franco Pellegrini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bianco Caccia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Beppe Rocchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ercole Filice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Antonello Berardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boara Pisani FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonello Berardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Boara Pisani FC reached it. Tortiano AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
