Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Angelo Bassani kicked off to start the match. Edoardo Trombetta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Molinaro having to interfere. Ciccio Bondi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Bassani in the 9th minute of play. After 10 minutes, Flavio Bucciarelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denore FC and the Mezzanino players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Denore FC's Flavio Bucciarelli got a free kick in the 10th minute. Eugenio Molinaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edoardo Trombetta in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Edoardo Trombetta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denore FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edoardo Trombetta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Molinaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mezzanino's Corrado Rullo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Corrado Rullo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Franco Giammarino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franco Giammarino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Alberto Simeoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Denore FC's Franco Giammarino, in the 46th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Denore FC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franco Giammarino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Corrado Rullo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Giammarino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Eugenio Molinaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Domenico Pedroni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denore FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mezzanino the free kick. In the 62nd minute, Angelo Bassani made a precise shot to the right of Ciccio Bondi. Denore FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Franco Giammarino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Eugenio Molinaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corrado Rullo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciccio Bondi having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Mezzanino's Angelo Bassani dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mezzanino walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
