Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Angelo Bassani started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 9th minute, Alberto Simeoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th match minute, Cameriano AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulvio Pietropaolo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Corrado Rullo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mezzanino's supporters rose to their feet, but Corrado Rullo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo Di Meo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 25 played minutes Mezzanino got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Simeoni. 29 minutes into the game, Corrado Antognoni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eugenio Molinaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mezzanino's Eugenio Molinaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corrado Antognoni in the 33rd minute of play. When Armin Di Giuseppe came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Cameriano AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armin Di Giuseppe couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Cameriano AFC booed when Mezzanino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermanno Cimino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mezzanino's zone, Francesco Minicucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Molinaro came out of the goal and Francesco Minicucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Corrado Antognoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Cameriano AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Bassani came free, but Amerigo Di Meo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
Eugenio Molinaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francesco Minicucci in the 53rd minute. Eugenio Caccia kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corrado Rullo in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo Di Meo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francesco Minicucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 played minutes Mezzanino got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Simeoni. Eugenio Molinaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corrado Antognoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mezzanino's Corrado Rullo got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fulvio Pietropaolo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Amerigo Di Meo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corrado Rullo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cameriano AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
