Enrico Chioda started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Certosino AFC's Bianco Sasso got a free kick in the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosimo Cangiano in the 4th minute of play forced Certosino AFC's goalkeeper Ferdinando Toninelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th match minute, Certosino AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Placidi to maneuver through the defense. Enrico Chioda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Toninelli having to interfere. Cosimo Cangiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Toninelli having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Certosino AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Chioda came free, but Ferdinando Toninelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Pettinelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Bruno having to interfere. Florian Pettinelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Florian Pettinelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Enrico Chioda notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Certosino AFC's Ferdinando Toninelli. Ferdinando Toninelli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Certosino AFC's Ferdinando Toninelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrico Chioda in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Certosino AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Chioda came free, but Ferdinando Toninelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Betti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Franco Bruno made a huge save. In the 43rd minute Cosimo Cangiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinando Toninelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Certosino AFC's goalkeeper Ferdinando Toninelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Florian Pettinelli made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Roverazza AFC booed when Certosino AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bianco Sasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bianco Sasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Bruno having to interfere. Corrado Gazza hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Cosimo Cangiano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ferdinando Toninelli firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 65th minute, Enrico Chioda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Certosino AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Enrico Chioda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Enrico Chioda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Cosimo Cangiano made a precise shot to the right of Ferdinando Toninelli. Certosino AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Florian Pettinelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Franco Bruno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Enrico Chioda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roverazza AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrico Chioda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinando Toninelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 minutes, Cosimo Cangiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roverazza AFC and the Certosino AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Roverazza AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
