Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frank Rotili took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Quarto Inferiore AFC's Bruno Loiacono got control of the ball when Camillo Colelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Ravenna getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Carlo Granati hit a great ball. In the 21st match minute, Quarto Inferiore AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberigo Carota to maneuver through the defense. Ravenna's Camillo Colelli got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 32 played minutes, Ravenna's Amerigo Oberrauch shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bruno Loiacono came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ravenna reached it. After 34 played minutes Quarto Inferiore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Buffone. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Rotili in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Loiacono saved Quarto Inferiore AFC from getting behind. Bruno Loiacono stood somewhat misplaced when Frank Rotili came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 39 minute. A collision led to Ravenna getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Edmondo Petricca hit a great ball. Bianco Lattanzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ermanno Muzzolon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Bianco Lattanzio made the kick off in the second half. Amerigo Tellini was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ravenna! The goalkeeper, Ermanno Muzzolon, was totally fooled by Quarto Inferiore AFC's Enzo Ucci, who 55 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Ravenna's Ermanno Muzzolon got control of the ball when Alvise Tana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ermanno Muzzolon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bianco Lattanzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Camillo Colelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Loiacono having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Antonello Maio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ravenna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quarto Inferiore AFC the free kick. When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Quarto Inferiore AFC's Enzo Ucci got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ermanno Muzzolon. If Camillo Colelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermanno Muzzolon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bianco Lattanzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute Bianco Lattanzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermanno Muzzolon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amerigo Oberrauch kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. A hard shot by Enzo Ucci from long distance, 99 minutes into the match, got Ermanno Muzzolon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The Quarto Inferiore AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
