Aurelio Scafati charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelio Scafati the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Collesalvetti AFC booed when Vigodarzere AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Scafati didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennio Di Fonzo in the 20th minute of play forced Vigodarzere AFC's goalkeeper Armin Guida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Florian Speranza fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vigodarzere AFC's protests and gave Florian Speranza a yellow card for diving instead. Armando Villa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Bernardo Melucci made a huge save. Alessio Cerrone's late challenge caught a Vigodarzere AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessio Cerrone helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes Collesalvetti AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alessio Cerrone. Aurelio Scafati kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Armando Villa might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Melucci. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Monti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Melucci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennio Di Fonzo in the 37th minute of play forced Vigodarzere AFC's goalkeeper Armin Guida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Collesalvetti AFC booed when Vigodarzere AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Mucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Monti made a kick off. A collision led to Collesalvetti AFC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Emilio Pasquino hit a great ball. When Armando Villa came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Vigodarzere AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Villa couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Melucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Monti in the 55th minute of play. After 58 minutes of play Collesalvetti AFC's Alessio Cerrone was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Vigodarzere AFC booed when Collesalvetti AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Cerrone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Melucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Villa in the 60th minute of the match. Bernardo Melucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rdth minute of the game Christian Monti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Collesalvetti AFC's Bernardo Melucci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Vigodarzere AFC's Armin Guida got control of the ball when Ennio Di Fonzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Collesalvetti AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vigodarzere AFC.
