Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Luciana FC's Bernardo Spione started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Diminniti getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Comunardo De Fina hit a great ball. Ferruccio Petroni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Ronconi was a little too slow when Bernardo Spione got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ettore Mazzetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Comunardo De Fina in the 12th minute of play. Antonio Ronconi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Ferruccio Petroni sent off a good shot on target. Antonio Pellegrini kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Eugenio Pellicciotta was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 23 played minutes Bernardo Spione rounded Diminniti's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 27th match minute, Luciana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Leone to maneuver through the defense. Ettore Mazzetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Comunardo De Fina, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Luciana FC's Frank Palmisano got a free kick in the 31st minute. Diminniti's Alvaro Del Prete got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Diminniti's Comunardo De Fina in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Luciana FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ettore Mazzetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Del Prete in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute of the match Eugenio Pellicciotta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antonio Ronconi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Comunardo De Fina was extremely unlucky when he, in the 58th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 60 minutes into the match, Luciana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Comunardo De Fina came free, but Ettore Mazzetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 minutes, Federico Leone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luciana FC and the Diminniti players grew even worse after the yellow card. 75 minutes into the match, Ferruccio Petroni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Ronconi. Diminniti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferruccio Petroni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Augusto Gerola's late challenge caught a Diminniti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Gerola helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Luciana FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Augusto Gerola hit a great ball. Luciana FC's Ettore Mazzetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Comunardo De Fina in the 84th minute of play. Ettore Mazzetti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Comunardo De Fina showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 86 minute of play. Ferruccio Petroni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Del Prete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Ettore Mazzetti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diminniti's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
