The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the game, Felice Vanni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quercioli FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caslino Al Piano FC the free kick. 5 minutes into the game, one of Quercioli FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Arrigo Scalabrino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Domenico Marra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Quercioli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Cipollone to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Caslino Al Piano FC's Amerigo Di Cesare sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fortunato Lampa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aurelio Cesaroni charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelio Cesaroni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aurelio Cesaroni kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Ercole Cameli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Domenico Marra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenico Marra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arrigo Scalabrino, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Fortunato Lampa made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Daniele Galli sent off a good shot on target. Ercole Cameli struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Domenico Marra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quercioli FC. Domenico Marra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercole Cameli in the 40th minute of the match. Alberto Simonetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Fortunato Lampa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amos Cipollone kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Amerigo Di Cesare, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 49th minute, Quercioli FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniele Galli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Simonetti to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto Simonetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fortunato Lampa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniele Galli in the 56th minute of the match. Daniele Galli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Simonetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Lampa having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Larizza during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aldo Larizza kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Daniele Galli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fortunato Lampa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fortunato Santalucia during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Amos Cipollone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quercioli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amos Cipollone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domenico Marra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ercole Cameli spun around in front of the goal 73 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Caslino Al Piano FC's goal. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quercioli FC's goalkeeper Fortunato Lampa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domenico Marra was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ercole Cameli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 88 minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Daniele Galli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caslino Al Piano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniele Galli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caslino Al Piano FC's Domenico Marra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Caslino Al Piano FC from getting a goal against them. Caslino Al Piano FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Quercioli FC for a fine match.
