Carter Feliziani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvise Porro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvise Porro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Carter Feliziani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Disastro during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, Antella FC's Alfonso Ottavi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Edmondo Berardo. In the 47th play minute Alex Melone came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edmondo Berardo. 3-0.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmondo Berardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alfonso Stellato's late challenge caught a Antella FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Sarmeola AFC's zone, Dennis Zaino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmondo Berardo came out of the goal and Dennis Zaino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
