An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Santarelli in the 62nd minute of play forced Martignone AFC's goalkeeper Bianco Fantasia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Carter Santarelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bianco Fantasia. Martignone AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carter Santarelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of Martignone AFC booed when Sinigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armin Africano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Achille Rosi got free with Davide Carbonaro in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes Sinigo got a freekick which was hit by Camillo Valente. After 71 played minutes, Martignone AFC's Ciccio Marrone shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Davide Carbonaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Sinigo's Davide Carbonaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Sinigo from getting a goal against them.
