When Filippo Nola came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Trivella FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filippo Nola couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Trivella FC's Concetto Navarra got control of the ball when Dennis Orecchioni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filippo Nola kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Dave Tosi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demetrio Miccoli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Concetto Navarra having to make a save. Demetrio Miccoli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Concetto Navarra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Dave Tosi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alexander Domenghini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Dave Tosi took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Concetto Navarra to make any attempt to save it. When Filippo Nola came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Trivella FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filippo Nola couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filippo Nola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Dave Tosi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trivella FC's Concetto Navarra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Ciro Basso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trivella FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Vittore AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Trivella FC's Ciro Basso got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Demetrio Miccoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Navarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 played minutes, San Vittore AFC's Christian Gerosa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Concetto Navarra came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Vittore AFC reached it. The supporters of San Vittore AFC booed when Trivella FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Valente didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute of the match Carlo Balestra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Concetto Navarra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Demetrio Miccoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Navarra having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Trivella FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Valente to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Vittore AFC's goalkeeper Franco Genovesi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anthony Giorgi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Filippo Nola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Carlo Balestra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, San Vittore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Nola came free, but Franco Genovesi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Trivella FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Tosi came free, but Concetto Navarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Alexander Domenghini managed to get in a good position for a shot.
