Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fedele Rapone took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Pilastro got a freekick which was hit by Alex Mozzoni. Franco Egger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Domenico Migliorati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pilastro's Claudio Cagnetta in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Runco's goalie prevented a goal. Domenico Migliorati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Rapone in the 14th minute of play. Carlo Abete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Cagnetta in the 18th minute of the match. If Claudio Cagnetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carlo Abete came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pilastro's Alfonso Galli. But to his dismay, Alfonso Galli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Christian De Sanctis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domenico Migliorati. Pilastro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian De Sanctis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Runco's Fedele Rapone in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pilastro's goalie prevented a goal. Carlo Abete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Galli in the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Pilastro booed when Runco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter Filice didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfonso Galli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Carlo Abete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Galli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alfonso Galli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Cagnetta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Carlo Abete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Runco's Cristoforo Castellini got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 56 played minutes Runco got a freekick which was hit by Christian De Sanctis. With a little luck, Runco's Carlo Abete got control of the ball when Claudio Cagnetta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fedele Rapone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Migliorati having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Franco Egger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Runco's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Egger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domenico Migliorati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franco Egger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Concetto Ubriaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 played minutes, Runco's Carter Filice shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domenico Migliorati came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Runco reached it. In the 77th minute, Concetto Ubriaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Carlo Abete managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Pilastro's Claudio Cagnetta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 84 minutes, Fedele Rapone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Runco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fedele Rapone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Franco Egger might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domenico Migliorati. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Egger ran back to his position shaking his head. 88 minutes into the match, Claudio Cagnetta notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Runco's Carlo Abete. Carlo Abete was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claudio Cagnetta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alfonso Galli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
