The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flavio Santoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Migliorati in the 4th minute. The Magreta AFC fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Magreta AFC's Fausto Fata looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Fata in the 29th minute of play forced Pittolo FC's goalkeeper Bruno Giolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Migliorati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Flavio Santoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Donato Migliorati ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Santoro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Sorge in the 71st minute of play forced Magreta AFC's goalkeeper Flavio Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavio Santoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Antico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Giolo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Fata's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 79th match minute, Magreta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Chitarroni to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Giolo made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Emiliano Santoro sent off a good shot on target. Emiliano Santoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute.
