Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Banni's Frank Scannella started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Pirri getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Federico Pagliuca hit a great ball. When Alfredo Presutti fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirri's protests and gave Alfredo Presutti a yellow card for diving instead. Banni's Frank Scannella got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Elia Lepre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Banni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 17 played minutes Banni got a freekick which was hit by Antonello Di Salvatore. When Banni's Frank Scannella in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pirri's goalie prevented a goal. Enrico Fallito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elia Lepre went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Federico Pagliuca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristoforo Citrullo having to interfere. Camillo Pizzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Pagliuca in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristoforo Citrullo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristoforo Citrullo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Pagliuca in the 43rd minute of play. Cristoforo Citrullo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Pagliuca in the 44th minute of the match. After 44 minutes of play, Pirri's Federico Pagliuca made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristoforo Citrullo was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Federico Pagliuca made the kick off in the second half. Federico Pagliuca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristoforo Citrullo having to interfere. Frank Scannella kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Federico Pagliuca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th match minute, Banni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Di Campli to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Camillo Pizzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pirri's supporters rose to their feet, but Camillo Pizzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristoforo Citrullo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Camillo Pizzi fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Pirri's Federico Pagliuca got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Federico Pagliuca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristoforo Citrullo was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Banni's Antonello Di Salvatore got a free kick in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camillo Pizzi got free with Cristoforo Citrullo in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Elia Lepre came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Banni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elia Lepre couldn't finish the play. Frank Scannella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Fallito having to interfere. Cristoforo Citrullo was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Federico Pagliuca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Federico Pagliuca really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Frank Scannella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute.
