Carter Gigli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aldo Morini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Carter Gigli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessio Tamburrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Violento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Fabio Speranza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Gualtieri kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuele Felicetti made a kick off. Monza FC's Fabio Speranza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Violento in the 54th minute of play. If Carter Gigli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Alessio Tamburrini successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Carter Gigli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessio Tamburrini having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Monza FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gualtieri. In the 69th match minute, Monza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Ferri to maneuver through the defense. Ettore Muciaccia, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
