Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carter Juliano started the match with the kick off. Alvaro Taraborrelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Alba having to interfere. After 6 played minutes, Villagio Cavour FC's Armin Di Felice shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dennis Baratta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Villagio Cavour FC reached it. Emiliano Di Fazio might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dennis Baratta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Di Fazio ran back to his position shaking his head. When Francesco Circelli fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villagio Cavour FC's protests and gave Francesco Circelli a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Villagio Cavour FC got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Circelli. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anfilogino Castrucci during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Peretti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Negrini to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Di Fazio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano Di Fazio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dennis Baratta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Emiliano Di Fazio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dennis Baratta to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Francesco Circelli got his second yellow card in the match during the 58th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Francesco Circelli kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute of the match Dario Tomei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvise Alba skillfully saved the ball. Alessio Bozzelli hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ernesto Lucantoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Alvise Alba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes Villagio Cavour FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dario Tomei who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Peretti's corner Dario Tomei fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alvise Alba quite easily take care of the ball. Ernesto Lucantoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Alba having to interfere. Alvise Alba was a little too slow when Fabrizio Crognale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-1. After 91 minutes, Dino De Amicis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villagio Cavour FC and the Peretti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Villagio Cavour FC! The goalkeeper, Alvise Alba, was totally fooled by Peretti's Dario Tomei, who 93 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Alvise Alba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Crognale, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The Peretti supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peretti would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
