Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Davide Pasquarelli started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Ciola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Pasquarelli came free, but Ferruccio Piano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tamara's zone, Franco Gentile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Bonfigli came out of the goal and Franco Gentile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciola FC's Enrico Costantino got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Enrico Costantino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute Davide Pasquarelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Piano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davide Pasquarelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Piano having to interfere. After 25 minutes, Carmine Attili mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciola FC and the Tamara players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Carmine Attili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 35 minutes, Franco Gentile managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciola FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franco Gentile was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Tamara's Fedele Bartolomucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferruccio Piano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enrico Costantino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franco Gentile stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Franco Gentile managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciola FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Gentile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Bonfigli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dino Bonfigli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrico Costantino's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Carmine Attili hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Dino Bonfigli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Gentile in the 65th minute of play. If Franco Gentile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Enrico Costantino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Bonfigli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Enrico Costantino came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Ciola FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrico Costantino couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Franco Gentile made a precise shot to the right of Dino Bonfigli. Tamara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 89th minute Enrico Costantino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Bonfigli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fedele Bartolomucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
