After a rather tough play, Straorini FC's Demetrio Taccone got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute, Alessandro Gargano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ettore Basilico kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Case FC's Arrigo Iacovella tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Alvaro Bassani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ercole Albertini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Alvaro Bassani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alessandro Gargano struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Ercole Albertini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Case FC. Davide Quercia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Bassani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Albertini having to interfere. In the 27th minute Alessandro Gargano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Albertini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cristiano Melis came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Straorini FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Melis couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Straorini FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Gargano came free, but Ercole Albertini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Sforza hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Case FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arrigo Iacovella in the 42nd minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davide Quercia was the one to do the kick off. Davide Massaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Melis, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Alessandro Gargano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ercole Albertini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Bassani got free with Ercole Albertini in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Cristiano Melis sped through Case FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Davide Massaro. Davide Massaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Melis in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Case FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Citrullo to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Case FC's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Quercia came free, but Davide Massaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 86 minutes, Alvaro Bassani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Case FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Bassani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Straorini FC's Ercole Albertini got control of the ball when Alvaro Bassani tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Straorini FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ettore Basilico to maneuver through the defense. When Alvaro Bassani, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 91 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ercole Albertini was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Straorini FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Gargano came free, but Ercole Albertini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessandro Gargano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Albertini having to interfere. Straorini FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Case FC for a fine match.
