Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Torrimpietra FC. In the 10th minute Dennis Facchetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Ottavi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fedele Cirelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Christian Mancinelli managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Bagni's Fedele Cirelli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ennio Vettori charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ennio Vettori the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Bagni got a freekick which was hit by Ennio Vettori. Carter Hell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Torrimpietra FC's Carter Hell in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cristiano Ottavi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Facchetti in the 42nd minute of play. Felice Longo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Christian Mancinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Torrimpietra FC's Antonello Lo Iacono got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felice Longo was the one to do the kick off. If Dennis Facchetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmine Proia kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. When Alex Bottone fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bagni's protests and gave Alex Bottone a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Bagni got a freekick which was hit by Alex Bottone. Carter Hell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Ottavi having to interfere. Fedele Cirelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Christian Mancinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felice Longo might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Mancinelli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
