Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmondo Giannantonio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ettore Betti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dario Di Luzio having to make a save. 4 minutes into the game, Edmondo Giannantonio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Donato Egger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Birago booed when Cimavalle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Giannantonio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ettore Betti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Dario Di Luzio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dario Di Luzio made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ettore Betti sent off a good shot on target. Demetrio Campo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Masi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. When Ettore Betti came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Birago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ettore Betti couldn't finish the play. Donato Egger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demetrio Campo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ettore Betti in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Di Luzio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cimavalle's Dario Di Luzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrizio Maio in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Birago's Fausto Masi got a free kick in the 31st minute. Cimavalle's Franco Persichetti couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Birago. Birago's Donato Egger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Campo in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Demetrio Campo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cimavalle's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Birago the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Cimavalle's zone, Fabrizio Maio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Di Luzio came out of the goal and Fabrizio Maio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th match minute, Cimavalle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bianco Tartaglia to maneuver through the defense. Edmondo Giannantonio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Egger having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Campo in the 47th minute of play forced Birago's goalkeeper Donato Egger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmondo Giannantonio kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabrizio Maio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Edmondo Giannantonio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Birago's Donato Egger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Birago from getting a goal against them. Fabrizio Maio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Demetrio Campo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Edmondo Giannantonio took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Donato Egger to make any attempt to save it. Edmondo Giannantonio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 77 in the game by Demetrio Campo from a close distance when the talented Donato Egger managed to make a qualified save. Birago's players were relieved. Fabrizio Maio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Dario Di Luzio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Fabrizio Maio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Birago's goal looked a bit too open when Edmondo Giannantonio came free, but Donato Egger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabrizio Maio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmondo Giannantonio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Egger having to interfere. Cimavalle's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
