Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dave Stumpo made the kick off which started today's match. In the 8th minute of the match Eugenio Combi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Demetrio Fabrizi skillfully saved the ball. Demetrio Fabrizi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Fulgenzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Gazzaro AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Fulgenzi came free, but Demetrio Fabrizi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edoardo Fulgenzi struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Demetrio Fabrizi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bocco. The crowd rose to their feet as Emiliano Pazienza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alfredo Staniscia. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. If Dave Stumpo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Gazzaro AFC's Ercole Pensa got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Dave Stumpo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bocco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Stumpo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camillo Piccone hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Gazzaro AFC defense, Dave Stumpo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demetrio Fabrizi. The Gazzaro AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demetrio Fabrizi should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Staniscia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Pazienza's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Edoardo Fulgenzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Demetrio Fabrizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gazzaro AFC's zone, Edoardo Fulgenzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demetrio Fabrizi came out of the goal and Edoardo Fulgenzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emiliano Pazienza made a kick off. Gazzaro AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amerigo Di Ianni in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Pazienza in the 62nd minute of play forced Bocco's goalkeeper Alfredo Staniscia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Florian Brandolini fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bocco's protests and gave Florian Brandolini a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bocco's Florian Brandolini got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Alfredo Staniscia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Pazienza in the 64th minute of play. Florian Brandolini got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Gazzaro AFC booed when Bocco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Brandolini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Emiliano Pazienza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gazzaro AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Emiliano Pazienza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Staniscia having to interfere. When Emiliano Pazienza, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 73 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Alfredo Staniscia was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With 79 minutes on the clock, Eugenio Combi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 78th minute, one of Bocco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bocco. Fabiano Polito kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Alfredo Staniscia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabiano Polito's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Dave Stumpo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bocco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gazzaro AFC the free kick. A collision led to Bocco getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Dave Stumpo hit a great ball. In the 89th minute, Emiliano Pazienza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ennio Campese kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Emiliano Pazienza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Staniscia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. If Emiliano Pazienza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
