In the 22nd minute, Cesare Colombi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ettore Trevisani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabrizio De Francesco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Felice Latini made a huge save. Filippo Romino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Felice Latini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Camnago booed when Cormano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Feliziani didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Camnago's corner Bernardo Corleone fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Felice Latini quite easily take care of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Camnago's goal looked a bit too open when Cesare Colombi came free, but Ernesto Bassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabrizio De Francesco was the one to do the kick off. It could just as well have been a goal. Cesare Colombi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Bassi having to interfere. Cesare Colombi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filippo Romino struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Felice Latini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Camnago. Cesare Colombi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Camnago's Ernesto Bassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Colombi in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filippo Romino in the 95th minute of play forced Cormano AFC's goalkeeper Felice Latini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
