Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cesare Colombi took the kick off in the first half of the match. The attack was good, but when Emiliano Pazienza in the 2nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Demetrio Fabrizi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Colombi in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Cormano AFC's Cesare Colombi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 11th match minute, Gazzaro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Pensa to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Pazienza charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Pazienza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gazzaro AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Emiliano Pazienza hit a great ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cormano AFC's goalkeeper Felice Latini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ettore Trevisani came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Demetrio Fabrizi could save by the left post. Ettore Trevisani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Demetrio Fabrizi made a huge save. If Emiliano Pazienza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cormano AFC's Cesare Colombi in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gazzaro AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Francesco Punta kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Fabrizio Mastrocola, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cormano AFC's Cesare Colombi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Anthony Feliziani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cormano AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Demetrio Fabrizi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Colombi in the 44th minute of play. Cesare Colombi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Demetrio Fabrizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emiliano Pazienza to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gazzaro AFC's Emiliano Pazienza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felice Latini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Fabiano Polito notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cormano AFC's Felice Latini. Felice Latini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute Ettore Trevisani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrio Fabrizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amerigo Di Ianni during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Gazzaro AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cormano AFC:s goal. Demetrio Fabrizi had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Fabrizio Mastrocola's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Gazzaro AFC defense, Fabrizio Mastrocola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demetrio Fabrizi. The Gazzaro AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demetrio Fabrizi should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabiano Polito in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felice Latini saved Cormano AFC from getting behind. 68 minutes into the game, Fabiano Polito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felice Latini. Fabiano Polito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. After some careless play in the Gazzaro AFC defense, Ettore Trevisani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demetrio Fabrizi. The Gazzaro AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demetrio Fabrizi should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Pazienza in the 76th minute of play forced Cormano AFC's goalkeeper Felice Latini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesare Colombi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Demetrio Fabrizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eraldo De Matteis kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Emiliano Pazienza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Felice Latini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cesare Colombi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Demetrio Fabrizi was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gazzaro AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cormano AFC.
