Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Elia Di Cesare started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the game, Elia Di Cesare recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arturo Zoccali. Elia Di Cesare showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Alfredo Pasin charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Pasin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Godia! Godia's Arturo Zoccali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Di Cesare in the 17th minute of play. Elia Di Cesare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Arturo Zoccali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Godia booed when Calanna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Scivittaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ettore Borgatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Paris in the 24th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Anthony Paris sped through Calanna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ettore Borgatello. Bruno Carnevale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Zoccali having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elia Di Cesare during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elia Di Cesare hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Ettore Borgatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beppe Coco in the 38th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Bruno Carnevale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calanna and the Godia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Calanna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Carnevale to maneuver through the defense. Beppe Coco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ettore Borgatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calanna's Bruno Carnevale got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Bruno Carnevale off the ground. After 43 played minutes Calanna got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Carnevale. Alfredo Pasin, 44 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 45 played minutes Calanna got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Bucciarelli.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anthony Paris to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Anthony Paris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ettore Borgatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthony Paris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Borgatello having to interfere. After 64 minutes, Alessio Giancristofaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calanna and the Godia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Calanna's Alessio Giancristofaro got a free kick in the 65th minute. Christian Pozzoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godia's Arturo Zoccali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Pozzoli in the 78th minute of play. In the 86th minute Anthony Paris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ettore Borgatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beppe Coco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Beppe Coco came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Godia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beppe Coco couldn't finish the play. Eugenio Baur hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Anthony Paris in the 93rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.
