Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Damiano Di Marino made the kick off which started today's match. Colli Alti's Flavio Azzolina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sorge in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute Frank Sorge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Azzolina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Labate shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 16 minutes, Anselmo Basso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manera and the Colli Alti players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Manera getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Anselmo Basso hit a great ball. Flavio Azzolina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmondo Simeoni in the 25th minute of play. When Edmondo Simeoni came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Manera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmondo Simeoni couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Alberto Pascucci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colli Alti's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Pascucci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Formaggio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 39 minutes, Damiano Di Marino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colli Alti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damiano Di Marino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manera's Alexander Formaggio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Di Marino in the 41st minute of play. Alexander Formaggio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Pascucci in the 43rd minute. When Damiano Di Marino fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colli Alti's protests and gave Damiano Di Marino a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Manera booed when Colli Alti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Di Marino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexander Muzzatti to make the kick off. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Colli Alti. Florian Labate stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alexander Formaggio. 1-0. In the 62nd minute, Damiano Di Marino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Damiano Di Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Basso kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Colli Alti's Florian Labate tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Alexander Muzzatti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damiano Di Marino in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Formaggio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damiano Di Marino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Formaggio having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Colli Alti fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manera had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
