Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Casaccia AFC's Frank Falcone started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Porporana's Diego Carozza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Porporana from getting a goal against them. In the 15th minute, Casaccia AFC's Frank Falcone dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 22 minutes into the game, Porporana's Ercole Tacco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anthony Berardinelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 26th minute, Frank Falcone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anthony Berardinelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferruccio Donadoni went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ercole Tacco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diego Carozza made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Domenico Contestabile sent off a good shot on target. Ferruccio Donadoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Porporana were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ferruccio Donadoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Anthony Berardinelli made a huge save. In the 53rd match minute, Casaccia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Palma to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Falcone in the 55th minute of play forced Porporana's goalkeeper Diego Carozza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ferruccio Donadoni came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Porporana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferruccio Donadoni couldn't finish the play. After 65 minutes, Ciro Tarantini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casaccia AFC and the Porporana players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Casaccia AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ciro Tarantini hit a great ball. Anthony Berardinelli made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ferruccio Donadoni sent off a good shot on target. 72 minutes into the match, Porporana's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Contestabile came free, but Diego Carozza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domenico Contestabile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Diego Carozza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Porporana's Ercole Tacco in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casaccia AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
