A hard shot by Concetto Grande from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Anthony Berardinelli's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 21 minutes into the game, Enzo Musso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vigolante AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Casaccia AFC the free kick. The supporters of Casaccia AFC booed when Vigolante AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Musso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Edoardo Trotta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anthony Berardinelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The supporters of Casaccia AFC booed when Vigolante AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achille Schiavio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Frank Falcone came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Casaccia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Falcone couldn't finish the play. Domenico Contestabile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Di Falco having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Enzo Musso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casaccia AFC's Anthony Berardinelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute Frank Falcone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Di Falco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Contestabile in the 40th minute of play forced Vigolante AFC's goalkeeper Angelo Di Falco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Berardinelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Musso, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half Casaccia AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Frank Falcone made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Casaccia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Trotta came free, but Anthony Berardinelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Casaccia AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Eugenio Palma hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Enzo Musso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vigolante AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Musso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anthony Berardinelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edoardo Trotta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Casaccia AFC's Ciro Tarantini got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Edoardo Trotta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vigolante AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edoardo Trotta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anthony Berardinelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Bernardo De Fina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the game, Vigolante AFC's Edoardo Trotta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anthony Berardinelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Achille Schiavio kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Angelo Di Falco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domenico Contestabile in the 73rd minute. Anthony Berardinelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edoardo Trotta in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Trotta in the 82nd minute of play forced Casaccia AFC's goalkeeper Anthony Berardinelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Vigolante AFC's Angelo Di Falco got control of the ball when Domenico Contestabile tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute Enzo Musso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Berardinelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
