Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adriano Olivieri got the match started through his kick off. Carter Coviello hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. When Adriano Olivieri came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Vendri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano Olivieri couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Daniele Pennetta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vendri's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniele Pennetta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Carozza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adriano Olivieri took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Carozza. Diego Carozza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Vendri's zone, Ercole Tacco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrizio Bellisario came out of the goal and Ercole Tacco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Carozza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adriano Olivieri's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 32nd minute Ercole Tacco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Bellisario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Porporana's goalkeeper Diego Carozza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diego Carozza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Olivieri went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Biondi during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Cristiano Biondi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Fabrizio Bellisario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercole Tacco, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When Porporana's Ercole Tacco in 53 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Fabrizio Bellisario guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 56th minute Adriano Olivieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Carozza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniele Pennetta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Diego Carozza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniele Pennetta got free with Diego Carozza in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Angelo Sebastiani fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porporana's protests and gave Angelo Sebastiani a yellow card for diving instead. 80 minutes into the match, Vendri's Antonio Crosta broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 83 played minutes Porporana got a freekick which was hit by Carmine Di Fabio. After a defensive mix-up in Porporana's zone, Daniele Pennetta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Carozza came out of the goal and Daniele Pennetta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the game, Bruno Rotondi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Porporana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vendri the free kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vendri had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
