Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute of the match, Dennis Mannella got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dino Catini was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 7 minutes into the match, Latina's goal looked a bit too open when Ercole Bosco came free, but Diego Berardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dolcedo's Dino Catini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Russo in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Dennis Mannella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Latina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Mannella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Diego Berardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Martano in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Ercole Bosco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Latina's zone, Ercole Bosco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Berardi came out of the goal and Ercole Bosco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aldo Russo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Catini having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Latina's goal looked a bit too open when Achille Silvestre came free, but Diego Berardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Concetto Coco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Latina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dolcedo the free kick. After 44 played minutes Latina got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Coco. 45 minutes into the match, Dolcedo's Bruno Marinetti broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 48th minute, Ercole Bosco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
If Ercole Bosco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Dolcedo's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Mannella came free, but Dino Catini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dolcedo booed when Latina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Mannella didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Berardi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Martano in the 69th minute. In the 70th match minute, Latina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Sergi to maneuver through the defense. Dino Catini came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Latina's Dennis Mannella. But to his dismay, Dennis Mannella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Dolcedo's Fausto Martano got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ercole Bosco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 2-1 became the score in the 87th minute when Aldo Russo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Camillo Sergi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Marinetti's shot from long distance in the 92nd minute was not bad at all, but Latina's Diego Berardi knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post.
