Domenico Panico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Fabrizio Pich kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Alfredo Di Domenico succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. After 15 minutes, Ennio Mammarella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaggiano and the Zadina Pineta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Ennio Mammarella came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Gaggiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ennio Mammarella couldn't finish the play. Domenico Panico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ennio Lauro in the 31st minute of the match. Zadina Pineta FC's Arturo Di Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Zadina Pineta FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaggiano's Alfredo Di Domenico slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arturo Di Franco. That made the score 2-0 after 34 minutes of play. Domenico Panico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristoforo Mameli in the 44th minute of the match. Fabrizio Pich kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Alfredo Di Domenico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alfredo Di Domenico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Arturo Di Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cristoforo Mameli came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Zadina Pineta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristoforo Mameli couldn't finish the play. Ennio Lauro took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domenico Panico. Domenico Panico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After having played for 69 minutes, Cristoforo Mameli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zadina Pineta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristoforo Mameli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaggiano's Domenico Panico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Mameli in the 82nd minute of play. Alexander Gentile's late challenge caught a Gaggiano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Gentile helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of Zadina Pineta FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gaggiano:s goal.
