Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Carlo Coccia made the kick off and thus started the match. 7 minutes into the game, Angelo Mariotti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Camillo Luongo. Angelo Mariotti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Fulvio Marzoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camillo Luongo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Fulvio Marzoli sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st match minute, Sgonico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Petruzzi to maneuver through the defense. Fulvio Marzoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Camillo Luongo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Codrea's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Coccia came free, but Antonello Filippini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulvio Marzoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Fulvio Marzoli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Codrea's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulvio Marzoli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camillo Luongo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, Claudio Gazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sgonico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Codrea the free kick. 33 minutes into the game, one of Sgonico:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Angelo Mariotti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Camillo Luongo came out and tried to block the shot, but Angelo Mariotti slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 42nd minute. Antonio Conti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Mariotti to strike the kick off in the second half. Antonio Conti struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Antonello Filippini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sgonico. In the 55th minute, Antonio Conti fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Aurelio Foni's late challenge caught a Codrea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Foni helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sgonico's Aurelio Foni got a free kick in the 70th minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Aurelio Foni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sgonico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelio Foni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute Carlo Coccia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Filippini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sgonico booed when Codrea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinando Biondi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Costanzo, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The Sgonico fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Sgonico's Antonio Conti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 87thth minute of the game Carlo Coccia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Codrea's Antonello Filippini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Codrea's Angelo Mariotti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camillo Luongo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st match minute, Sgonico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Petruzzi to maneuver through the defense. Camillo Luongo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Mariotti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
