Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emilio Ricciuti started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Codrea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Toppi to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute Fulvio Marzoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Stella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Mariotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Stella having to interfere. Edoardo Atroce kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Vespolate FC's Fabio Moscatelli couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Codrea. When Alfredo Bolli came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Vespolate FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Bolli couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Codrea's goalkeeper Antonello Filippini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Armando Locatelli kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Antonello Filippini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arturo Passerini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Emilio Ricciuti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonello Filippini having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Edoardo Atroce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Codrea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vespolate FC the free kick. Edoardo Atroce hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Codrea's Antonello Filippini got control of the ball when Alfredo Bolli tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Alfredo Bolli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonello Filippini was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. The supporters of Vespolate FC booed when Codrea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinando Biondi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Bolli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Bolli in the 65th minute of play forced Codrea's goalkeeper Antonello Filippini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Mariotti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonello Filippini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Codrea's Edoardo Atroce got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 88thth minute of the game Emilio Ricciuti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Codrea's Antonello Filippini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Emilio Ricciuti put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Antonello Filippini. If Alfredo Bolli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Edoardo Atroce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Bolli struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Antonello Filippini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vespolate FC.
