Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Davide Paolucci made the kick off which started today's match. Enrico Caretti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aurelio Cara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biagio Bianchi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Caretti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Valleggia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Giannotti to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Davide Paolucci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palazzina AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Davide Paolucci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferruccio Bianco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute Enrico Caretti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Bianchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferruccio Bianco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Cara in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes, Alex Pelusi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palazzina AFC and the Valleggia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Alex Pelusi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davide Paolucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ferruccio Bianco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Palazzina AFC booed when Valleggia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Ferraresi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrizio Giannotti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Biagio Bianchi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Enrico Caretti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biagio Bianchi having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Davide Paolucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferruccio Bianco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Paolucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrico Caretti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Biagio Bianchi was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Enrico Caretti capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enrico Caretti really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Ferruccio Bianco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Paolucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Davide Paolucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Bianco having to interfere. A collision led to Valleggia getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Enzo Sangermano hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Palazzina AFC's zone, Angelo Ferraresi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biagio Bianchi came out of the goal and Angelo Ferraresi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Biagio Bianchi managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Valleggia's Angelo Ferraresi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Angelo Ferraresi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valleggia's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Ferraresi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Davide Paolucci might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferruccio Bianco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Davide Paolucci ran back to his position shaking his head. Valleggia's Enrico Caretti got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aurelio Cara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Bianco having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
