Ciccio Canzano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gassino Torinese AFC's Ciccio Canzano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide Paolucci in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudio Mussi during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Palazzina AFC's Alex Macchione tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Cara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciccio Canzano was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Carlo Vago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gassino Torinese AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlo Vago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Biagio Bianchi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the match, Aurelio Cara notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gassino Torinese AFC's Ciccio Canzano. Ciccio Canzano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Cara got free with Ciccio Canzano in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Palazzina AFC's Anselmo Antonini got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Eraldo Mammarella left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gassino Torinese AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Davide Paolucci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 63 minutes into the match, Gassino Torinese AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Paolucci came free, but Ciccio Canzano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eraldo Mammarella's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Biagio Bianchi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 82nd of the match, Carlo Vago tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Biagio Bianchi got in the way and made a wonderful save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Paolucci in the 90th minute of play forced Gassino Torinese AFC's goalkeeper Ciccio Canzano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eraldo Mammarella in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Biagio Bianchi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
