Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emanuele Polidori took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dosso Cavallino's Florian Visintin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Dosso Cavallino from getting a goal against them. Gallarate AFC's Fortunato Olivieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuele Polidori in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gallarate AFC's zone, Emanuele Polidori stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Olivieri came out of the goal and Emanuele Polidori tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cosimo Lucentini kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Emanuele Polidori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dosso Cavallino and the Gallarate AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Emanuele Polidori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Gallarate AFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aldo Papetti hit a great ball. A collision led to Dosso Cavallino getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Fausto De Rossi hit a great ball. Cosimo Lucentini who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Florian Visintin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carmine Di Natale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Florian Visintin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dosso Cavallino's Florian Visintin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Dosso Cavallino from getting a goal against them. Dosso Cavallino's Donato Franco got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fortunato Olivieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Franco in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Donato Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Olivieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuele Polidori in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fortunato Olivieri saved Gallarate AFC from getting behind. Alex Combi kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Donato Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Olivieri having to interfere. Emanuele Polidori struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Fortunato Olivieri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dosso Cavallino. Donato Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cosimo Lucentini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Emanuele Polidori managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dosso Cavallino's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuele Polidori was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Olivieri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emanuele Polidori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fortunato Olivieri came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Dosso Cavallino's Donato Franco. But to his dismay, Donato Franco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Donato Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Fortunato Olivieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Di Virgilio charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudio Di Virgilio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Claudio Di Virgilio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Cosimo Lucentini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Olivieri having to interfere. Fortunato Olivieri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Franco in the 82nd minute. Fortunato Olivieri made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Donato Franco sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dosso Cavallino's goalkeeper Florian Visintin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fortunato Olivieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuele Polidori, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvaro Brambilla during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
