Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Diego Fortuna took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Vercelli FC's Dino Polo got control of the ball when Frank Baciadonne tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Vercelli FC's goalkeeper Dino Polo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Baciadonne. In the 21st minute Alexander Pozzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Scalia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexander Pozzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, one of Vercelli FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vercelli FC. The goalkeeper, Dino Polo, was totally fooled by Rasiglio's Anselmo Cellucci, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 35 minutes into the match, Vercelli FC's goalkeeper Dino Polo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Baciadonne. Vercelli FC's Dino Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Vercelli FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Vercelli FC's Alexander Pozzo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Diego Fortuna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rasiglio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Fortuna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 played minutes Vercelli FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuele Rozzi. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexander Pozzo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Vercelli FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Fortuna came free, but Dino Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Vercelli FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carter Capobianco came free, but Dino Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Attilio Scalia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dino Polo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Baciadonne's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. The Rasiglio fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Rasiglio's Frank Baciadonne looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Rasiglio's Attilio Scalia got control of the ball when Attilio Dossena tried to sneak it across the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Rasiglio's Frank Baciadonne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Polo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vercelli FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
