Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carmine Di Gregorio started the match with the kick off. Filippo Di Persio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Tonon having to interfere. Arrigo Festa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amerigo Di Fabrizio in the 6th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Ercole Di Luca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Carmine Di Gregorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filippo Di Persio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arrigo Festa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Masci, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Savonarola FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Felice Sorge hit a great ball. Filippo Di Persio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Tonon having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Ercole Di Luca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Borgo San Vittore FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Di Gregorio came free, but Enzo Tonon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Savonarola FC's Carmine Di Gregorio got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Carmine Di Gregorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Borgo San Vittore FC's Enzo Tonon got control of the ball when Filippo Di Persio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Filippo Di Persio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Tonon. Borgo San Vittore FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filippo Di Persio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Masci to strike the kick off in the second half. If Carmine Di Gregorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 minutes, Alessio Tundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borgo San Vittore FC and the Savonarola FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alessio Tundo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Alvaro Masci dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arrigo Festa, 1-1. In the 66th minute Filippo Di Persio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Tonon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alvaro Masci came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Borgo San Vittore FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Masci couldn't finish the play. After having played for 73 minutes, Carmine Di Gregorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Savonarola FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmine Di Gregorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Filippo Di Persio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Di Fabrizio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Arrigo Festa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 83rd minute Filippo Di Persio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Tonon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, Borgo San Vittore FC's Amerigo Di Fabrizio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arrigo Festa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amerigo Di Fabrizio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Arrigo Festa made a huge save. 91 minutes into the game, Savonarola FC's Carmine Di Gregorio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enzo Tonon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. With a little luck, Savonarola FC's Arrigo Festa got control of the ball when Amerigo Di Fabrizio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
