Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudio Pellecchia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Armin Franzioni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Fabiano Corsi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Claudio Pellecchia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Daniele Tiberio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pozzi FC's Claudio Pellecchia got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olgiata's Fabiano Corsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Pellecchia in the 29th minute of play. Franco Stumpo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Pellecchia in the 40th minute of play forced Olgiata's goalkeeper Fabiano Corsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniele Tiberio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armin Franzioni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Corsi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Pellecchia in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Corsi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franco Stumpo to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Augusto Juliano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Corsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Pozzi FC's Claudio Pellecchia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabiano Corsi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Olgiata booed when Pozzi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Juliano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Armin Franzioni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pozzi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armin Franzioni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Corsi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franco Stumpo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pozzi FC's Eraldo Palombi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Stumpo in the 73rd minute of play. Fabiano Corsi came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Pozzi FC's Claudio Pellecchia. But to his dismay, Claudio Pellecchia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Franco Stumpo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eraldo Palombi having to interfere. Franco Stumpo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Eraldo Palombi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armin Franzioni in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal.
