After having played for 15 minutes, Daniele Tiberio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olgiata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniele Tiberio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Tessera's goal looked a bit too open when Franco Stumpo came free, but Cristoforo Pani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Liberati in the 28th minute of play forced Olgiata's goalkeeper Fabiano Corsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olgiata's Fabiano Corsi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Olgiata from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Tessera's zone, Daniele Tiberio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristoforo Pani came out of the goal and Daniele Tiberio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franco Stumpo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cristoforo Pani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Franco Stumpo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franco Stumpo to make the kick off. Francesco Liberati ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Tessera's Francesco Liberati sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabiano Corsi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Tessera's Cristoforo Pani got control of the ball when Daniele Tiberio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olgiata's Fabiano Corsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Liberati in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tessera's Anthony Corrente got a free kick in the 80th minute. Cristoforo Pani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Stumpo in the 81st minute of the match. After 83 minutes Tessera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmondo Di Michele who took care of the corner kick. Amos Pace hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Cristoforo Pani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Stumpo in the 86th minute of the match. Cristoforo Pani was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Franco Stumpo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Franco Stumpo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Bellone during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st minute, Enzo Bellone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Francesco Liberati ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabiano Corsi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The Tessera fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olgiata were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
