Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Croara's Claudio Pasinati started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arrigo De Zorzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Evani having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, San Rufillo's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Oberrauch came free, but Eraldo Capobianco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Cristiano Raniolo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Cristiano Raniolo came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the San Rufillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Raniolo couldn't finish the play. After having played for 35 minutes, Claudio Pasinati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Croara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Pasinati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camillo Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Emanuele Oberrauch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudio Pasinati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Eraldo Capobianco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Fioravanti's late challenge caught a San Rufillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Fioravanti helped the player get up and apologised. If Claudio Pasinati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Cristiano Raniolo made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Claudio Pasinati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Croara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Pasinati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Cristiano Raniolo made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Evani. Croara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Camillo Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Eraldo Capobianco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Aldo Anelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Rufillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Croara the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in San Rufillo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! The referee gave Croara a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Corrado Mastrocola, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of San Rufillo's Eraldo Capobianco. 1-2. Emanuele Oberrauch might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eraldo Capobianco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuele Oberrauch ran back to his position shaking his head. Eraldo Capobianco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Pasinati in the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Cristiano Raniolo managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Rufillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Raniolo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Evani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristiano Raniolo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Pasinati in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eraldo Capobianco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudio Pasinati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Eraldo Capobianco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Antonio De Rubeis fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Rufillo's protests and gave Antonio De Rubeis a yellow card for diving instead.
