Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabiano Colecchia started the match with the kick off. Edoardo Scandella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermanno Coccolone in the 4th minute of the match. Fabiano Colecchia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Edoardo Scandella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chioggia FC's Fortunato Tocci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Biancone in the 11th minute of play. Fortunato Tocci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Biancone in the 17th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Casadei got free with Fortunato Tocci in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aldo Casadei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Troilo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Aldo Casadei took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fortunato Tocci to make any attempt to save it. Aldo Casadei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Tocci having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Fausto Biancone made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chioggia FC's Fortunato Tocci tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Alessandro Della Francesca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Biancone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fortunato Tocci came out and tried to block the shot, but Fausto Biancone slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. Fabiano Colecchia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Edoardo Scandella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coreglia Ligure's Edoardo Scandella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Colecchia in the 40th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Armando Troilo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chioggia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Troilo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edoardo Scandella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, Coreglia Ligure's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Colecchia came free, but Edoardo Scandella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fausto Biancone made a kick off. Fortunato Tocci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Biancone in the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Aldo Casadei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coreglia Ligure's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Casadei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Tocci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Aldo Casadei came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Coreglia Ligure fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Casadei couldn't finish the play. Fortunato Tocci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Biancone in the 58th minute of the match. A hard shot 68 in the game by Ermanno Coccolone from a close distance when the talented Edoardo Scandella managed to make a qualified save. Coreglia Ligure's players were relieved. Alfredo Gazza hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Chioggia FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Gazza. Davide Piretti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fortunato Tocci. Chioggia FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fortunato Tocci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Biancone in the 84th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chioggia FC's zone, Fausto Biancone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Tocci came out of the goal and Fausto Biancone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Chioggia FC's Davide Monzeglio got a free kick in the 88th minute. Coreglia Ligure's Davide Piretti couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chioggia FC. After 92 played minutes Coreglia Ligure got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Santovito. Aldo Casadei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Tocci having to interfere.
