Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Domenico Galli started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Domenico Vinciguerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Suriani hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes Buffalora got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Suriani. 12 minutes into the match, Quercioli's Dennis Stumpo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Claudio Martini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Frasca, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Amerigo Antonini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Buffalora got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Pesce. Claudio Martini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Palumbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Alessandro Palumbo took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Martini. Claudio Martini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Domenico Galli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Pavlu having to interfere. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buffalora's goalkeeper Claudio Martini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domenico Vinciguerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Claudio Martini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th match minute, Quercioli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Caneva to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Pavlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domenico Galli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Martini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Vinciguerra in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domenico Vinciguerra to make the kick off. Quercioli's Domenico Vinciguerra got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Quercioli's Cristiano Pavlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenico Galli in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Quercioli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Di Mario to maneuver through the defense. Domenico Galli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amerigo Antonini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Cristiano Pavlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domenico Vinciguerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Vinciguerra in the 67th minute of play forced Buffalora's goalkeeper Claudio Martini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Martini made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Alessandro Palumbo sent off a good shot on target. Domenico Galli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domenico Galli struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Cristiano Pavlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buffalora. Cristiano Pavlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amerigo Antonini went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When Amerigo Antonini fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buffalora's protests and gave Amerigo Antonini a yellow card for diving instead. 88 minutes into the game, Aldo Frasca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quercioli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buffalora the free kick. In the 88th minute, Aldo Frasca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Domenico Galli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristiano Pavlu was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Domenico Galli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Cristiano Pavlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Buffalora fans cheered their team off the field, for while Quercioli had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
