After 7 played minutes Calisese FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo De Nicola. Alvise Capasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Papa in the 8th minute of the match. Flavio Oroni kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Claudio Bellisario charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudio Bellisario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Roma Area FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Claudio Bellisario hit a great ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Roma Area FC's goalkeeper Alexander Chitarroni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexander Chitarroni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Piattelli in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Calisese FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cosimo Imperatrice fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fulvio Piattelli scored 0-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Chitarroni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 39 minutes, Alfredo De Nicola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calisese FC and the Roma Area FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexander Chitarroni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulvio Piattelli in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfonso Papa to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Calisese FC's Flavio Oroni got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Alvise Capasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Papa in the 53rd minute of play. A hard shot 55 in the game by Antonio Rullo from a close distance when the talented Alexander Chitarroni managed to make a qualified save. Roma Area FC's players were relieved. Antonio Rullo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alexander Chitarroni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Roma Area FC's zone, Antonio Rullo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Chitarroni came out of the goal and Antonio Rullo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 64 minutes into the match, Calisese FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Papa came free, but Alvise Capasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Roma Area FC's Alfonso Papa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvise Capasso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 67 minutes, Alfonso Papa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roma Area FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Papa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alfredo De Nicola was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. After 69 played minutes Calisese FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo De Nicola. After 78 played minutes Calisese FC got a freekick which was hit by Fulvio Piattelli. Roma Area FC's Alfonso Papa got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Flavio Oroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Chitarroni was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ettore Verna. A collision led to Calisese FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ciro Marzulli hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Roma Area FC's Claudio Ubriaco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Calisese FC's goalkeeper Alvise Capasso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 92 played minutes Calisese FC got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Oroni. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
