Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elia Alonzi started the match with the kick off. Elia Alonzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Daniele Lio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aie's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Elia Alonzi 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Fabrizio Del Gatto kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. If Elia Alonzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Aie getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Eugenio Frabetti hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Arrigo Piattelli got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 25 played minutes Cesano got a freekick which was hit by Elia Alonzi. Enzo Ascoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 minutes of play, Aie's Enzo Ascoli made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulvio Corvasce was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elia Alonzi struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Daniele Lio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cesano. In the 37th match minute, Aie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Guaita to maneuver through the defense. Daniele Lio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elia Alonzi in the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Arrigo Piattelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cesano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arrigo Piattelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Fabrizio Del Gatto made the kick off in the second half. Fabrizio Del Gatto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulvio Corvasce having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Aie's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Alonzi came free, but Daniele Lio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aie's zone, Flavio Palmieri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniele Lio came out of the goal and Flavio Palmieri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elia Alonzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniele Lio having to make a save. After 77 minutes, Eugenio Frabetti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aie and the Cesano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Aie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Frabetti to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Elia Alonzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elia Alonzi in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniele Lio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th match minute, Aie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Frabetti to maneuver through the defense. Dave Ricciuti was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Aie's zone, Arrigo Piattelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniele Lio came out of the goal and Arrigo Piattelli tried to chip the ball over his head. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Cesano players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
