Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Misano Monte's Comunardo Trevisani started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Monreale AFC's Franco Caiola got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Misano Monte's zone, Ferruccio Panino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ennio Antonangeli came out of the goal and Ferruccio Panino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Monreale AFC's Franco Caiola in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Misano Monte's goalie prevented a goal. Adriano Di Bartolo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ennio Antonangeli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franco Caiola's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Misano Monte's Adriano Di Bartolo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Fabrizio Di Battista, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alessio Rivera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Alberto Miconi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ennio Barone's late challenge caught a Misano Monte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ennio Barone helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Monreale AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ennio Barone hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Alessio Rivera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Comunardo Trevisani in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Miconi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfonso Della Rocca hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Alberto Miconi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Comunardo Trevisani in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessio Rivera in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Miconi saved Monreale AFC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Monreale AFC's Ennio Barone got a free kick in the 48th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferruccio Panino to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Misano Monte got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Di Massa. Ferruccio Panino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alessio Rivera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Alberto Miconi made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Monreale AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Comunardo Trevisani came free, but Alberto Miconi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Miconi made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Alessio Rivera sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Comunardo Trevisani took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Alberto Miconi to make any attempt to save it. Alberto Miconi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Di Massa went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alfonso Della Rocca hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Misano Monte's Alvise Santangelo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 81st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alberto Miconi but with some difficulty. Emiliano Fiorentino kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Ferruccio Panino came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Monreale AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferruccio Panino couldn't finish the play. Misano Monte's Ennio Antonangeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferruccio Panino in the 92nd minute of play. Misano Monte's Comunardo Trevisani got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Comunardo Trevisani in the 97th minute of play forced Monreale AFC's goalkeeper Alberto Miconi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Misano Monte's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
